3/18/26:  2026 artist application goes live; application period begins
5/18/26:  Artist application deadline @ midnight ET
5/19/26:  Artist jury process begins
5/29/26:  Artist jury process completed
6/5/26:  Accepted artists notified by e-mail
7/5/26:  Deadline for invited artists to accept invitation and pay booth fees
7/7/26:  Certain wait-listed artists notified of acceptance by e-mail
7/17/26:  Deadline for invited wait-list artists to accept invitation and pay booth fees
8/7/26:  Deadline for artist cancellations (if partial refund desired)
8/14/26:  Artist credential packets and booth assignments sent by e-mail
8/14/26:  List of accepted artists posted to Penrod website
9/11/26:  Artist set-up (10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. ET; rain or shine)
9/11/26:  13th Annual Evening with Penrod at Newfields (6:00 p.m. ET; rain or shine)
9/12/26:  59th Annual Penrod Arts Fair (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET; rain or shine)
9/12/26:  Artist tear-down (5:30-8:00 p.m. ET; rain or shine)
