The Penrod Society, a non-profit organization that was founded in 1967, has a mission to support the arts, cultural and educational activities and institutions in Central Indiana. Penrod hosts two main fundraising events each year; Penrod Arts Fair and Evening with Pernod. All proceeds from these events are distributed back to the Central Indiana community in the form of grants. The Penrod Society is an all-volunteer organization with nearly zero overhead. Due to Penrod’s organizational structure, our annual fundraising events allow Penrod to donate $1.44 dollars to community organizations that support our mission for every $1 dollar of support (sponsorship or donation) received.
